Spell Check Tool

The Spell Check tool in ManageArtworks helps users verify the spelling of words in packaging artworks before they move to production. It ensures textual accuracy by comparing words against standard language dictionaries, thereby reducing the risk of errors that could lead to regulatory non-compliance or printing rework.

Best Practices

01. Use Live (Vector) Text

• Ensure that the text in the artwork remains in live vector format and is not converted to outlines or raster images. The Spell Check tool can only analyze and validate editable text layers.
• If text is outlined, flattened, or embedded as an image, it will be excluded from spellchecking, leading to incomplete or inaccurate results.
