Copy Manger Admin Settings

In addition to creating project templates in the Admin module, you can access dedicated Copy Manager settings that streamline copy-related project configuration. These settings are particularly helpful when initiating a new project that includes copy tasks.
For example, you can define master data for copy elements ahead of time. This means that end users donβt need to start from scratch when working on the copy sheet. Consider a scenario where an artwork contains multiple copy elements. While users can manually add these elements during the Copy Set-up task, doing so during runtime can be time-consuming.
By preconfiguring commonly used elements in the Admin > Copy Manager section, you ensure that users can simply select them from the master data, improving accuracy and reducing effort.
The Copy Manager Admin Settings allow you to:
- Copy Elements: Predefine Copy Elements, GS1 Codes, Nutrition Elements, and more.
- Copy Manager Settings: Configure Master Languages and Copy Manger Settings.
- Panels: Manage panel templates such as Nutrition Facts, Supplement Facts, Drug Facts and Pet Feeding Table Templates.
- Copy Profile: Set up reusable Style Profiles and Validation Profiles for consistency and compliance.
These settings ensure that the Copy Manager is fully optimized, enabling end users to work efficiently during the runtime with minimal manual setup.
Note: Copy Manager comes preloaded with default data for Copy Elements, Nutrition Elements, Label Elements, Style Profiles, and Nutrition Facts Templates. This default setup includes commonly used values, allowing users to get started immediately. However, users can customize or add new data as needed to suit their specific requirements. |
