01. Barcode not Detected

If a barcode cannot be detected or analyzed in the artwork, it may be because the specific barcode type (e.g., EAN-13, UPC-A, DataMatrix) is not enabled in your tenant’s configuration. Refer to Barcode Configuration, to configure the barcode type.

02. Barcode not Detected Automatically

If the barcode is not detected automatically, you can manually select the barcode region within the artwork to detect and translate its values.
