Auto Translation

Copy Manager offers an Auto Translation feature that automatically translates base language copy content into a selected translation language.

When a translation language is assigned to an element:

  • The system automatically generates a translated value from the base language text as soon as the base language content is entered.
  • An Auto Translation icon appears next to the translated element.
  • Users can:
    • Use the auto-translated value as is, or
    • Edit the translation to better suit requirements.
      Note: You can edit the translation only in Translation Language Input task.
  • If the translation is edited during the Translation Language Input task, the auto-translation icon will disappear. If left unchanged, the icon remains visible.
Note: Auto Translation is optional and can be turned on or off in the Admin module.

Configure Auto Translation

  1. Log in to your ManageArtworks account.
  2. Navigate to the Admin module.
  3. Under Copy Manager Settings, click Copy Manager Settings.
  4. Auto Translation
    Toggle the switch in the Actions column to enable or disable the Auto Translation.
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.
