# Manage Account Details

**Account Details** is the central place for your account-level settings in ManageArtworks. From here you can review your plan and storage, set the rules that apply to all users, and configure the working calendar that drives project deadlines.

## How to Access Account Details

1.  Sign in to your [ManageArtworks](https://app.manageartworks.com/karomi/global/build/login) account.
2.  Navigate to the **Admin** module.
3.  Select **Account Details**. Each setting is presented as a card.

## Available Settings

| Setting | What you can do |
| --- | --- |
| **Password Policy** | Set the password rules that apply to all users, such as expiry, minimum length, complexity, and the number of incorrect attempts allowed before a user is locked out. Refer to [Configure Password Policy](https://help.manageartworks.com/en/article/configure-password-policy). |
| **Plan** | Review your account status, plan, storage used, and application version. Refer to [View Plan and Storage Details](https://help.manageartworks.com/en/article/PLAN_URL). |
| **Default Settings** | Set default options for all users, including the landing page users see when they sign in. Refer to [Configure Default Settings](https://help.manageartworks.com/en/article/configure-default-settings). |
| **Language** | Customize the text in the user interface for both administrators and end users. Refer to [Customize Language](https://help.manageartworks.com/en/article/customize-language). |
| **SSO Integration** | Configure the details used for single sign-on authentication. Refer to [Configure SSO Integration](https://help.manageartworks.com/en/article/SSO_URL). |
| **Share Link Validity** | Set how long a shared file link remains valid. Refer to [Configure Share Link Validity](https://help.manageartworks.com/en/article/configure-share-link-validity). |
| **Week Days** | Set the working days and the start and end time for each day. These settings drive deadline calculations. Refer to [Configure Working Hours](https://help.manageartworks.com/en/article/configure-working-hours). |
| **Holiday List** | Maintain the dates your organisation does not work. Holidays are skipped in deadline calculations. Refer to [Configure Holidays](https://help.manageartworks.com/en/article/configure-holidays). |
